Dr Belinda Clark Osteopath
Bachelor of Sciences (Clinical Sciences) - B.Sc (Clin)
Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) - M.H.Sc (Osteo)
Belinda grew up on the Mornington Peninsula, completed her studies in Melbourne, then began her Osteopathic career working in Wollongong enjoying the coastal life.
Whilst working as a chef, Belinda suffered from chronic headaches. This led her to engage in regular osteopathic treatment where education, treatment and advice enabled her to manage her condition and improve her quality of life. Naturally this appealed to Belinda’s interest in health, inspiring the next chapter of her life.
Belinda completed her Masters of Osteopathy at Victoria University in order to be a life-long learner and live her best life helping others. It is her goal to educate and empower her patients on the role they can play in regaining their health.
Belinda enjoys treating a range of patients with various needs, including neck and jaw pain, headaches, postural complaints, breathing dysfunctions, pelvic pain, and chronic pain. Her treatment techniques include soft tissue, muscle energy technique, manipulation, dry needling, indirect and visceral techniques, exercise prescription and education.
Belinda has completed further study in Integrative Breathing Therapy for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders associated with breathing dysfunction. As well as Visceral manipulation, where she works with the organs of the abdomen and how they connect and interact, influencing the rest of the body.
This further study allows Belinda to practice holistically, aligning well with the guiding principles of Osteopathy; 'the body is a unit' encompassing all systems not just the musculoskeletal.
In her spare time Belinda loves anything outdoors; she will most likely be found either attempting to surf, or bushwalking in the national parks.

Clinical Nutritionist, Diploma in Sports Nutrition, Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.
Michelle's passion for good food and good health has its origins in her childhood family home, for which she is so grateful. Good, nutritious food was required to fuel her competitive sporting activities. It was just as important once she had her own family to focus on nutrition over convenience.
Having always understood that food had the power to heal, it was a natural progression for her to move from her own kitchen into embracing nutritional medicine as a career, beginning with a Diploma in Sports Nutrition followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, majoring in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine.
As a clinical nutritionist Michelle has been deeply involved in holistic medicine for over seven years as both student and practitioner. Her philosophy is simple: to treat the body as one integrated physical, mental and emotional system, then to propose solutions to identified problems via the implementation of scientific dietary principles and lifestyle strategies.
Together with her client she will formulate a treatment plan that is simple and sustainable to help her clients reach their health goals.
Michelle treats a range of acute and chronic conditions with a focus on female specific conditions, namely:
