Anna is a qualified Osteopath with over twenty years experience in the fields of Osteopathy as well as Physiotherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Sport and Fitness. Her knowledge in those fields stem form her studies in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and England. In 2011 Anna graduated from the London Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Science (honors) in Osteopathy. 

At Align Health Therapies,  Anna offers a holistic approach to craniosacral, visceral and musculoskeletal Osteopathy by providing manual therapy to her patients with the aim to improve overall well-being. Her focus is on patients neuro-musculoskeletal system - the bones, muscles, nerves and other tissues that support the body's movements. As a qualified Osteopath, she can provide musculoskeletal and nervous system assessments, manual therapy and provide patients with clinical exercise programs, nutritional advice as well as postural positioning and ergonomic assessments.

She employs a wide variety of techniques in her treatment, including manual techniques; soft tissue manipulation, stretching muscle groups, spinal and joint adjustments, and gently freeing restrictions with the aim to improve healthy body function. Visceral and craniosacral techniques play an important role in her treatment. At Align Health Therapies, treatment is offered to patients of all ages and abilities including  seniors, babies, athletes and pregnant women.

Anna works Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday.

Dr Kathryn Renton Osteopath B.App.Sc.(Osteo).M.Ost.

Kathryn Renton ( Freestone) graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2008 with a Masters degree in Osteopathy.

With over 13 years experience as an Osteopath, Kathryn can confidently treat a wide variety of presentations including women’s health, pregnancy, musculoskeletal issues as well as infants and children. 

Kathryn uses a holistic, patient centered approach during treatment. Kathryn’s treatment uses osteopathic techniques such as soft tissue massage, manipulation, stretching or more gentle techniques such as Cranial Osteopathy.

In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her family (including her springer spaniel) and two young children at the beach.

Kathryn works Wednesdays.

Dr Mike Armour, Chinese Medicine Practitioner, PhD, BSc (Hons), BHSc(Acu), Dip CHM, Dip QiGong

Mike is a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience in treating women’s health related conditions. His background is a mixture of western and eastern medicine, having completed an honours degree in Biomedicine before training as a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner.


In 2016, under the supervision of Professor Caroline Smith, Professor Hannah Dahlen, Dr Xiaoshu Zhu and Professor Cindy Faruqhar, Dr Armour completed his PhD at Western Sydney University examining the effect of acupuncture on the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Mike is currently a Senior Research Fellow and lead of the Women’s Health theme at NICM Health Research Institute, Western Sydney University where his research focuses on pelvic pain, period pain and endometriosis.  He is a regular contributor to The Guardian, SBS, ABC Life and The Conversation on matters of menstrual health and endometriosis.

Mike is a member of the advisory panel on endometriosis for The China-Australia International Research Centre for Chinese Medicine, a member of the Endometriosis Expert Working Group (EEWG) for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG), a clinical advisory board member for Endometriosis Australia, the chair of the Endometriosis Australia research committee and a special interest group member for Endometriosis New Zealand. 

Mike runs a women’s health clinic at Align Health Therapies that is aimed at conditions across the reproductive lifespan, from period pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, endometriosis through to sub-fertility, pregnancy and menopause.


Mike works Saturdays.

Kelly Gibson , Adv Dip of Naturopathy, Adv Dip Remedial Massage, Early Childhood Nutrition Certificate

Kelly Gibson has been studying holistic medicine for over a decade and is a qualified Naturopath and Nutritionist.

She has a passion for educating her clients on ‘better’ choices and is always researching, attending professional seminars and pursuing further education to provide the most up to date information.

With over 15 years experience as a nanny and now a mum, she is passionate about maternal health and wellbeing as well as children’s health. After becoming a first time mother, Kelly realised the importance of the mother’s health during the ‘fourth trimester’ period (and beyond) and is passionate about nurturing new mums during this special time. 

Key areas: Paediatrics (immune support, skin conditions, teething, colic, reflux, starting solids, cognitive function, mood, constipation, gut health, colds/flu, sore throats, ear infections, allergies, food intolerances, sleep issues, environmental toxin exposure, general health checks); Pregnancy support (dietary, nutritional and environmental, birth preparation); Post natal support (nourishing the new mum, nutritional support, emotional support, breastmilk support).
